Man o war?

During a recent red tide and surrounded by lots of innocuous jelly debris from what looked like harmless moon jellies.
After an earlier swim out in the same waters, I was paddle boarding when I noted these. Noted x2, a hand sized semilunar shaped pillow pufflike organism floating at the surface of the water. There was a mostly vacuous space within the "body" but at one end an orangey organ like ball. No tentacles noted but we didn't spend time looking and waters were rusty colored and murky.
