It appears to be a Cepheidae species, Cephea cephea. Notice the little studs at the top of the bell.

You tend to see the knobs/bumps and brown line patterning in Netrostoma, a Cepeheid.

Both Netrostoma and Cephea species are common and native to the area. They are generally harmless.
