Sea nettles still in Monterey Bay

The only jellyfish present in the surface waters today was.... C. fuscescens. The clogged up the plankton net every time, they were in a layer sub-surface. Many individuals visible from surface but most down deeper. Water had a light density of copepods and a light green blue color.
