Cobalt blue jellies washing ashore in Catalina
Description and Comments
These jellies are a striking color, and appear to have a round, clear looking sail, which can be seen when they are floating in the water. They also seem not to have a stinging mechanism. I just returned from kayacking around Avalon and Descanso Bay and saw lots of them. Does anyone know about them?
