First new scypho of 2014 season in Indian Arm

Description and Comments

Was out for a SUP and spotted a solitary lion's mane jelly (Cyanea capillata) in shallow water. It looked healthy and was swimming vigorously at the surface. Bell diameter was approximately 2-3 cm.
