Jellies on Monterey Bay

During my morning walk my sister and I came across quite a few jellies in the Monterey boat Harbor. We'd never seen them in the canal area. Then we found out they were all over the Monterey Bay. Could it be the warm weather? It's was a beautiful clear day.
