jijel, Algeria

From about august 20th, I saw many jellyfishes in the east beaches of Jijel, particularly near the Jejen harbor. They were of a radius between 10 cm and 25 cm, I hear people talking about larger jellyfish sought away from the beach. These were of purple or blue color (the jellyfish was transparent). Some swimmers got sting and others managed to kick some jellyfish out of the beach and burried them in the sand.
