Small jellies?

I couldn't resist and I didn't see tentacles. I don't know if this actually a jellyfish. I'd say there are thousands of these floating around in the ocean just outside of our condo.

Great! That looks like a lobate ctenophore, probably Mnemiopsis.
Yeah those are Mnemiopsis,
Yeah those are Mnemiopsis, the local species of Florida tends to be Mnemiopsis mccradyi. Comb jellies aren't technically jellyfish, but they are similar. They don't have any ability to sting, so don't worry. :) they refract rainbow colored light when white light is shined in them from above. They are also bioluminescent in the dark!
