Velella sitings near Morrow rock

During the afternoon of Monday July 5, North of Morrow rock, we saw dozens and dozens of intense blue Velella. Oddly, when we walked North we didn't see any but as we walked South (back to the rock parking) we saw more and more. It was as if they were just being washed up right then. This would be between ~3:30-4:30
