Corolla pseudoconchs
Description and Comments
Pseudoconchs of Corolla spectabilis are washing ashore in Resurrection Bay, Seward Alaska. I have seen several on Seward beaches but have got reports from others that there are large numbers on beaches closer to the Gulf of Alaska. Members of my family have collected them on the shores of Cook Inlet and in Kachemak Bay.

Fascinating! Thanks for the report. They have been spotted on central California too, so quite a range.
