jellyfish at Hua Hin beach

Have seen approximately 5 a day of these small, brown jellyfish in shallow water of Hua Hin beach. Don't know what they are called or whether they are stingers. They are red/brown in colour, some of them have white dots. The ones I have seen vary from the size of a blueberry to approx. 15 cm in diameter.
