Chopped up Moon? Or something else?

In the Pensacola area- a bay- little subine. We found tons of moon jellies. We also found comb jellies. This is an area that is surrounded by homes and boats. So at first we thought that was a chopped up moon Jelly. Because we did notice several identifiable chopped moon jellies. But then we noticed several of these creatures. And they all resembled the same structure. Including a tail like structure. Also amazed that if it is a chopped moon- it swims about like it's okay..., Any thoughts? I have more pics and a short video.
