Pacific Beach bays - hundreds of stranded jellyfish

Over the last 3-4 months I have seen more and more washed up jellyfish along the bay here in Pacific Beach, San Diego. Specifically Crown Point. I have lived in PB for 15 years - I have never seen this happen before...
