bioluminescence ventura

it was 2010 went out fishing in the ocean on a little dingy blow up motor boat just four of us at night, just out the ventura habor. i started to noctice when we were picking up speed the water that splashed around the boat was a bright neon blue it was gorgeous even stream my hand in it to make sure it was really happening and it was. even another time that same period just another night i was just sitting in the car with a friend talking watching the ocean and the break waves were neon blue as well like in san diego. red tide.
