Sea Nettles in Elkhorn Slough, Moss Landing, CA

I counted 40 orange sea nettles while paddling from birding area north of Kirby Park to entrance of Rubis Creek in Elkhorn Slough, Moss Landing, CA. This was @ a distance of 3 miles. This was during a high tide. There were more sea nettles on my return to Kirby Park. Sizes ranged from basketball size to small soup bowl, all orange in color.
