Bioluminescent Jellyfish in the Delmarva
Description and Comments
Has 8 ridges that light up blue and green! Sizes range from 3 inches long to 1/4 of an inch. Roughly box shaped. No obvious tentacles, don't sting when scooped up with bare hands. Found in a brackish water creek, a prong of St. Martin's Neck River off of the Assawoman Bay. Found floating TO the ocean FROM the small lake that ends the creek.
