Velella Velella

There were literally thousands of Velella Velella washed up on the shore between Oceano/Grover Beach and Pismo Beach. I took dozens of photos while walking on the beach between Oceano and Pismo Beach about a two mile walk. Very interesting was that many of the Velella Velella had ladybugs crawling on them.
