Lion mane sighting in LBNY

We absolutely saw this very red/purple lions mane jellyfish swimming around the end of our dock. We are in Reynolds Channel above Long Beach, NY. It had tons of thin white and red tentacles it’s cap was about a foot wide and the tentacles were about a foot 2 feet long. Floated around the end of our dock and even circled around at the end of our dock before floating away.
