Unknown jellies scattered along Ocean Beach, CA

Many jellies scattered along Ocean Beach in San Francisco, some as big as 14" in diameter. They look a bit like Sea Nettles, but I couldn't find any with long tentacles so probably not? They're clear in the very center, turning into a dark amber/brown around the ruffled edges at the edge of the bell.
