Basketball sized jellyfish in Destin FL

I got a massive jellyfish sting on the back of both of my legs today while swimming at Crab Island in Destin. Terrible pain. Left very dark red, almost purple splotches on the back of one. Still hurts to the touch. Also saw many smaller jellyfish that were completely clear so difficult to see.
