Portuguese Mon 'O War
Description and Comments
Looks like jellyfish but it is clear at top and purple/blue on the bottom. It floats on top of water while tentacles are underneath. Can be lethal especially to children. Sighted more than 3 in Panama City Beach. 2 were beached and the other floating less that 5yards to shore.
