Bloom of Dead Jellyfish wash ashore at Treasure Island, Florida

Description and Comments

Treasure Island Beach, Florida. Yesterday, July 30, 2015, my husband and I were at the beach and HUNDREDS of dead jellyfish were washing up on the shore. None that we saw had their tentacles. The many we saw ranged in size from about an inch in diameter to about 6 inches in diameter. They were all clear (not colored) & bulbous.
