Moon jellies @ Scarborough, N Yorkshire

Large bloom (100+ yards/metres long by about 20-30 yards/metres wide = minimums)of small moon jellies spotted in South Bay Scarborough, at about 100 -150 yards off beach outside of breaking 2'-3' waves during a sup-surf sesh on 1st December 2014 at aaprox 14.30pm.Sea temp approx 12degrees, air temp 9 degrees . Estimate minimum 500 -750 probably hundreds more more; mainly about size of 50p coin or little bigger(1"- 2" or 3cm-5cm) in diameter. Weather overcast, winds very light 5mph cross offhsore,see fairly calm .
