Fairfield CT Jennings Beach Sighting

October 17 Low tide 6pm produced a stranding of numerous comb type jellyfish. They were spaced across the sand approx 2 feet from each other along the beach. I have not observed this number of stranded jellies on a Southern Connecticut Long Island Sound beach in the past.
