Aurelia washed up on beach in Tofino
Description and Comments
Saw two moon jellies (Aurelia labiata) washed up on the beach at Cox Bay near Tofino on Vancouver Island. The jellies were relatively large (>15cm diameter) and had surprisingly purple gonads.
