Bloom on Ocean Beach in SF

There was a jelly bloom along Ocean Beach in San Francisco today, hundreds of little translucent guys about 1 to 2 inches wide. I saw two more fully-formed jellies as well.

That looks like either a Scrippsia pacifica or a Polyorchis, based mostly on the general shape and the tentacles around the margin.
