Bioluminescence in Anchor Bay
Description and Comments
Seen in Anchor Bay and coves just south of Point Arena to Salmon Creek at Bodega BayThe breaking waves and sand exhibit bioluminescence (light Blue). Samples were taken and the morphology resembles Lingulodinium polyedrum. Sightings continued for four days.
