I think that is a Cyanea
I think that is a Cyanea lamarkii, not a Barrel Jellyfish at all. Cyanea lamarckii are a deep blue/purple colour, Barrel Jellyfish around the UK are usually pale blue/white in colour, but it is difficult to know for sure from that picture.
