Thanks Geoff. Looks treacherous out there in the fog. Those are Velella, not Man o' Wars. (They used to be thought to be close relatives, but that has been revised.)

I posted a frame grab from your video, just to give the impression... We are getting reports of these washing ashore all up and down the coast. Interesting that you have found the motherlode offshore.
