Jellies off Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town

Numerous live jellyfish observed near the surface on sea kayak trip up to 1 km offshore. Large and small classes, could be same or similar species at different growth phases. Knowledgable person commented that the number of jellyfish is unusually high and the number of sunfish (jelly eaters ?) unusually low.
