Mustang Island, Port Aransas, TX

Saw these two on the beach in Port Aransas. Not sure if they qualify - I think they are man-o-wars? They were there early in the morning, and were out of reach of the water as it receded. The beach was otherwise largely clean, thought there was some tar from off-shore rigs. :( Also, I don't know what "Moderation" means below - so that value is likely wrong.
