Purple jellyfish at Porthcurno beach

This was the 2nd species we found at Porthcurno beach, Cornwall, UK. Never seen so many before at one beach in Cornwall, there was about 6 of these.

Thanks for the report. That is Cyanea lamarckii, also known as The Blue Jellyfish.
