Small 50-cent piece size jelly.
Description and Comments
There were hundreds of these swimming in the low tide surf off Canaveral National Seashore just south of New Smyrna Beach. I have no idea what they were but they swam with sea-ray like wings. We caught one in a facemask to look at it.
