Bluefire jelly in Bay of Fundy

Description and Comments

We believe that this is a bluefire jelly, Cyanea lamarckii; it was found in Bocabec Bay, in the Bay of Fundy, close to a herring weir, and brought to the Fundy Discovery Aquarium, in St. Andrews, New Brunswick.
