Mass amount of Jellyfish in South Spain.

Hi,

I'm from Gibraltar. We've been having a large amount of Jellyfish covering our beaches and shores for the past week and a half and no one has been able to get into the sea and swim on some days. This problem has extended all along the south west coast of Spain (Costa del sol beaches). We are not sure when they will move off, but hopefully soon :)

They were light brown in colour and it looked like an oil slick from far away. They are usually found close to the shore. It is summer in this part of the world, so temperatures are high.
