Cyanea capillata (Carradale, Scotland)

Description and Comments

Lots of lion's manes off harbour and washed-up on nearby beaches. Up to c.30cm bell. Specimens in water mostly moribund. Quite surprising not to find any Cyanea lamarckii. Report courtesy of my parents.
