`Cross jellies' (Suffolk,UK)
Description and Comments
Two specimens of small jelly at water's edge, c.2cm bell diameter. Shallow bell, pigmented spot in centre with four radial lines extending to bell margin. About 50 dots and/or short tentacles at bell margin. Sorry for poor pics but a difficult photographic target! EDIT - of all the species I know about, these look most like Clytia.
