Aurelia, Cyanea capillata (Largs, Ayrshire, Scotland)

Largs - about 10 Cyanea capillata (15-30cm) washed-up on beach or off pier near Calmac ferry docking point, all missing oral arms and tentacles. About 30 Aurelia (10-25cm) mostly off pier but some washed-up. All specimens dead or moribund.
