Jellys in water and on beach

There were lots of jellyfish in the water. It looked like 2 different types. some were white and some were reddish. they were fairly small, about 4-6 inches in diameter. The beach had lots of jellyfish coming in with the tide and it appeared that this is a very common occurrance. There were rows of dead jellyfish in varying stages of decay depending on how far onshore they had been pushed by the tide.
