Mr.

Description and Comments

Moss Landing Harbor, Moss Landing, CA. Harbor full of Vellela, also the first half mile of Elkhorn Slough which drains into the harbor. This was around 11am PT, on a falling tide. Light West winds. My guess is they washed into the harbor and Slough on rising tide, which peaked around 8:30am, and were in the process of washing back out. The outbound current was fairly slow at 11am, and was countered by the wind, so they weren't moving much.
