Velella stranded on beach in Oxnard, CA.

Hundreds of Velella washed up on shore after storm on March 30-31; Velella appeared morning of April 2-5. Mayne were blue, some were bleached clear. Surrounded by driftwood and bamboo that had been pulled out from storm.
