Moon jellies , Putsborough Sands , North Devon , U.K.

Sunday 28th June, Monday 29th June 2015 Small "smacks " of Moon jelly (Aurelia aurita) in sea about 100 -200yards off beach at mid-tide outside breaker zone Putsborough Sands , North Devon , U.K. estimate 200 approx, varying in size from 2" to 4" (majority )to 8 or 9" across ;several washed up at high tide line and in rock pools . Mainly dispersed by mid / end of week by 1st /2nd July
