Lots of jellyfish washed up on the beach in the tip of the Coromandel Peninsula (NZ)

Description and Comments

Just a whole lot of pretty big (about the size of a dinner plate) jellyfish that were mostly clear but with a bit of a dark underside, washed up on shore. I think they were Aurelia aurita.
