Bloom of Cross jellies, Mitrocoma cellularia

Description and Comments

Mitrocoma cellularia are blooming at a density of about 1 or 2 per square meter in the top 10 meters of water depth. Most are about 2 cm in diameter. Big difference from my dive a couple weeks ago when I saw one.
