Late October jelly count off dock

Seen off the dock in surface waters about 3 pm with calm seas: 1 Eutonina indicans, about 50 Phialidium gregarium, 1 Aglantha digitale, 2 small Polyorchis penicillatus, 1 small Halitholus sp., about 25 Pleurobrachia bachei, 1 floating nudibranch Melibe leonina, about 5 swimming (benthic snails) Gastropteron pacificum.The jellies are mostly gone and are very "thin" - look rather starved. The unusually fine late autumn weather is turning rainy and stormy.
