Glow in the dark plankton in Chesapeake Bay

The sightings started this past Thursday, Sept 13th. My dad lives on Baytree BEach Road in Seaford, VA and he noticed it first. The water looks like it has glitter flowing through it and when the waves crash, they glow in dark a beautiful blue color. The fish look like glowsticks zipping through the water. It has been seen every night since Thursday night. We will go back tonight and look for more!!
