Comb Jellies (?) Salem Harbor
Description and Comments
Saw dozens of baseball/golfball-sized jellies. They were mainly clear or a little pink with tiny vertical lines through the body. No discernible tenticles and no sting. It was a little less than a week from the time Tropical Storm Irene came through and there was lots of seaweed, debris, and tiny schools of fish in the little area. They were much easier to spot because of their shadows.
