Clinging Jellyfish sting while swimming at low tide in eelgrass bed. Ended up in the emergency room with systematic symptoms.

Sorry to hear about your stings but thanks for the report. Do you think the organism was hydroids, or a clinging medusa species like Gonionemus or Olindias?
