Thousands of Jellies

Description and Comments

We saw many thousands of small to medium jellies last week in the Indian Arm ranging from Buntzen Bay to Brighton Beach. It was a huge bloom that covered many miles. We were waterskiing, and found it impossible to find jelly-free water. We also observed what we suspected was a red tide on the West side of the inlet.
