Description and Comments

There were a few bright sparks in the water which seemed to be my eyes playing tricks. Then only a few minutes later there were hundreds if not thousands of these bright fluro green-yellow sparks. The phosphorescent plankton only lit in the disturbed water, so as you swum your body glowed brightly as if your skin were luminescent. The water was surprisingly warm that night at around 10 o'clock for a Victorian bay, the past few days were all hot and the water was calm. Laying on a surfboard with a mate, we looked at the teeming stars so many you could only see in the country and the sea shone back as if it were reflecting the sky. Amazing is basically all i can say.
